These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PrepGrind (the "Service"), a web application for system design and data structures & algorithms interview preparation, available at prepgrind.com. The Service is owned and operated by PasswordWallets, a sole proprietor based in [CITY, STATE], India ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Sign-in is provided through Google and GitHub. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

2. The Service

PrepGrind offers an interactive system design canvas, a DSA pattern visualiser, learning guides, and note-taking. A free tier is available with usage limits. A paid subscription ("PrepGrind Pro") unlocks advanced content and removes capacity limits as described at checkout.

3. Subscriptions, billing & renewal

• PrepGrind Pro is offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or yearly), currently priced at ₹[MONTHLY AMOUNT]/month and ₹[YEARLY AMOUNT]/year (inclusive of applicable taxes).
• Payments are processed by our payment partners Razorpay (for customers in India) and Stripe (for international customers). We do not store your full card or banking details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorise us and our payment partners to charge the applicable fee on each renewal.
• You can cancel renewal at any time as described in our Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
• We may change pricing or plan features on a prospective basis; any change will apply from your next billing cycle and will be communicated in advance where required.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its paid content without our written permission.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, visualisations, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the designs and notes you create. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to operate the Service for you.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PrepGrind is an educational tool; we do not guarantee any particular interview, examination, or employment outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at [CITY, STATE], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
