This Refund Policy applies to purchases of PrepGrind Pro
subscriptions on PrepGrind (the "Service"), operated by
PasswordWallets, a sole proprietor based in
[CITY, STATE], India. PrepGrind Pro is a digital
subscription that gives you immediate access to premium content and
features.
7-day refund window. If you are not satisfied, you may
request a full refund within 7 days of your payment. After
7 days, payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, but you
can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
1. Eligibility for a refund
You request the refund within 7 calendar days of the original payment (or of a renewal charge, for that renewal).
The request is made from, or can be verified against, the account used for the purchase.
2. What is not eligible
Requests made more than 7 days after the charge.
Renewal charges where you continued using the Service into the new billing period and the 7-day window for that renewal has passed.
Cases of suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
3. How to request a refund
Email socialixer.official@gmail.com from
the address linked to your account, with the subject "Refund request".
Please include the email on your account and the approximate date of the
charge. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment partner (Razorpay or Stripe).
Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
When a refund is approved, your PrepGrind Pro access ends and your account reverts to the free tier.
