Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your PrepGrind Pro subscription on PrepGrind (the "Service"), operated by PasswordWallets, a sole proprietor based in [CITY, STATE], India.

1. Cancel anytime

You may cancel your PrepGrind Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal — you will not be charged again after you cancel.

2. Access after cancellation

When you cancel, you keep PrepGrind Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period — refunds are governed separately by our Refund Policy (which includes a 7-day refund window).

3. How to cancel

• Email socialixer.official@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Cancel subscription"; or
• Where available, manage or cancel your subscription from the billing/customer portal provided by our payment partner (Razorpay or Stripe).

We will process your cancellation and confirm by email, typically within 2 business days.

4. Failed renewals

If a renewal payment fails, your subscription may be paused or downgraded to the free tier automatically. You can resubscribe at any time from within the app.
